We at Super Creative Graphic Services offer human Translation services in over 80 languages. All our language professionals are native speakers, with industry expertise and are highly qualified and accredited in the field. We are known to provide extremely accurate translations in a timely manner.

With expertise across a host of industries we translate a range of products for our clients including marketing collaterals, product manuals, brochures, catalogues, employee handbooks, contracts, letters, websites, softwares, legal, financial, medical and patent documents etcetera.

Localization

'Localization' is the process of modifying language translations to make them relevant, politically correct and appropriate for a target market keeping in mind local cultural sensitivities. Certain images may be inappropriate or offensive for certain markets while the use of certain colours may be associated with negative connotations. Our linguists don't just translate text, they study and understand the context and contents of your documents in order to communicate the most accurate meaning and messages. Our translators not only choose the most appropriate words and tone of voice when translating content but also advice on the use of imagery, style and colour used within a document. Thus, we ensure that your content is well and truly localized.

Proofreading

All our proofreaders are translators who are native speakers of the language they proofread, thus ensuring error-free documentation. The proofreader assigned to a project is a specialist in that industry, and thus is able to not only correct any errors but also identify any incorrect or inappropriate word usage while verifying all sector-specific and technical terminology.

Many companies prefer to keep costs and turnaround times down by asking us to have our translators carry out a basic proofread of their own work. While every translation is proofread by the translator, for more sensitive translations, we advise sending the document to an independent translator who has not worked on the original translation, to truly ensure that the translation is 100% accurate. Or, if you have a document that needs to be thoroughly proofread before it is shared with a wider audience, we can send it to a trained proof-reader with native language skills to check for accuracy.

Proof-reading services by an independent translator are available at a minor incremental cost.

Copy writing

Our copywriters are language experts and translators who create all types of documents, from brochures to feature articles. If you have a product, solution or service to promote, we can create content that will help you communicate the right messages to your target audience. If you wish to translate a press advertisement or other marketing collaterals or create new content for an advertisement, we have the capability to do just that, in over 80 languages.

Desktop Publishing

We have an in-house design and publishing team and offer our clients a range of design and desktop publishing (DTP) services. When translations are done, the length of a document may expand or contract upto 25%. Our Desktop Publishing services allow you to replace text in one language with the translation in another language while preserving the layout and length of your document or marketing collaterals. We also help you manage page layouts for languages such as Arabic and Hebrew where text is written from right-to-left. We also ensure that capitalizations, hyphenations and numerical values including the use of commas within numbers are correctly used. We have the capability to work within all major desktop publishing softwares including Adobe PageMaker, FrameMaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Quark Xpress etcetera.
